MADE TO ORDER, CUSTOM PIECES

This piece is custom, made-to-order and requires special attention and a little extra TLC. We ask that you review this product and its lead time, located on the product page under "Shipping & Returns", before you proceed with the purchase. Custom, made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. McGee & Co. does offer a 24-hour grace period (from order receipt) to accommodate such requests. After 24 hours, we will be unable to cancel, exchange, or make any changes to your order. Please note, on occasion, items are impacted by a backorder, and these dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. Our team will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them.

Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered and/or delivery is refused, please contact our Customer Experience team within 48 hours. McGee & Co. will replace the item or schedule a furniture medic or service technician to repair the issue at no charge to you.

Furniture that is refused due to size will be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only. We cannot cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once it has been transmitted to our vendors and fulfillment centers. Furniture that is refused due to non-damage or defect related feedback will be issued store credit as a refund less the original shipping and handling fee charges, a 15% restocking fee, and any return shipping fees.

• Linen: Woven from a strong and natural fiber made from flax, linen has a soft feel and is known for its breathability, elegance, and longevity.
• Super Linen: Made from a natural and synthetic blend, performance linen maintains an elegant drape and achieves a high rub count. It is a durable fabric and is repellent to water, oil, and other stains.
• Cotton Velvet: A woven, tufted fabric, cotton velvet is made from 100% cotton pile. Because of its materials, the velvet maintains an extraordinarily soft and smooth feel.
• Crypton: A performance fabric with protective technology to resist stains, repel water, prevent odors, and inhibit the growth of bacteria—all without sacrificing aesthetics, hand, or breathability.
• Leather: Our leather pieces are 100% top grain leather, analine dyed. Leather will naturally patina over time.

During the design process of our Reese Curved Sofa, we knew we wanted to create something that was unique with smooth, fluid curves. After multiple drafts, we landed on this stunning curved design. With a frame crafted from kiln-dried wood for durability, and down wrapped cushions for luxurious comfort, we created this sofa to be full of both form and function. Choose from an array of different high-quality fabrics from smooth velvets to performance cryptons, to enhance and elevate with an option that complements your space.

Spot clean using a water-based shampoo or upholstery cleaner. If something spills on your furniture, use a clean, damp cloth to soak up the liquid. Never scrub the cloth and grind the stain into the fabric. When using a cleaner, test it in an inconspicuous area first. We highly recommend to consult professional cleaning service to use pure solvents. To maintain your upholstery, use the hand-held nozzle on your vacuum cleaner to gently lift dust and debris.

Shipping and returns policy

At McGee & Co., we take design and craftsmanship very seriously and we want you to love these pieces as much as we do! Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement. McGee & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: custom upholstery, fabric or rug swatches, furniture, art, sale items, or items purchased at warehouse sales or pop-up shops, or gift cards. Backorder dates are subject to change. Furniture may take an additional 5-7 business days while in transit. A handling fee is applied to any piece that requires extra care to ship or must ship freight. This fee covers the cost of moving the oversized piece into the desired space and does not include package material removal or assembly.
