Do you have fabric swatches available for Studio McGee Home Collection pillows and textiles?

Not at the moment! We are going to be bringing the updated packs back to the site soon!

How do I wash and care for my pillow covers?

We recommend dry cleaning or spot cleaning with mild detergent.

Orders and Shipments

How long will it take for my item to ship?

Our shipping times vary, depending on the contents of your order. 

Rugs: Most rugs ship via FedEx and arrive within 2-3 weeks of order receipt.

Decor: In stock decor ships within 5-7 business days of your order receipt.

Art: Most of our art is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery.

Lighting: Most lighting ships via FedEx and arrives within 2-3 weeks of order receipt.

Furniture: Our furniture lead times vary depending on the manufacturer, but most items ship within 4-6 weeks from your order date.

Can I get an update on my order status?

Our ship times vary, and we thank you for your patience! You will receive a tracking number as soon as one is provided by our fulfillment teams or vendors.

Some of my items have arrived, but not all of them. Where are they?

Our furniture, lighting and rugs ship directly from our vendors, and we will provide tracking as soon as it is available! Our pillows are always made to order, and will ship separately from decor.
