McGee & Co. is continuing to closely monitor the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding ongoing concerns about the coronavirus COVID-19. From the onset, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners continues to be of the utmost importance to us. However, we have seen significant impacts. 


Our Storefront - We have made the tough decision to close our retail storefront in Costa Mesa, California. While we tried our hardest to keep the shop up and running, trying to keep a retail space open during this unprecedented time was much more difficult than we anticipated. 


Our Shipments - Current COVID-19 circumstances have caused delays to our suppliers and shipping, which then caused delays to shipping and receiving. At this time, we are anticipating a 14-18 business day (from order receipt) shipping time frame on all small decor item orders. For furniture, rugs, lighting, and mirrors on our site, please refer to the estimated shipping time frame details sections of the product page as this differs for each item.

Contacting Us - Due to a surge in communication across all our communication platforms please anticipate a 4-5 business day response time. Please know that even with this delay in communication, we will continue to make sure we take care of your concerns and any changes to your order. 


Making A Return - We have extended our return window to 45 days from order delivery. Feel free to take a look at our Shipping & Returns page here for any questions on what to expect with your small decor and large parcel delivery or if you’d like to initiate a return.
