    Unable to enjoy my new piece because it’s currently lost

    My item was slated for delivery almost two weeks ago but the delivery was mysteriously canceled on the day it was supposed to arrive. The delivery company is telling me that McGee & Co is the one who cancelled the delivery but the McGee & Co team has been “looking into it” for nearly two weeks without any resolve and seemingly no urgency to find a solution. I asked for someone to escalate the issue to and was told there wasn’t anyone that it could be escalated to and I would need to continue to wait while they look into the issue. I truly cannot think of why the order would be held when it was on the truck for delivery and has been paid for in full. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
