Our Lucille English Roll Arm Chaise Lounge is a modern approach to a traditional design. Crafted with luxurious comfort in mind, its classic format features a down wrapped cushion for a perfectly stuffed look and feel. A bench-made alder wood frame adds durability to the design, as four oak wood tapered legs give this chaise the ability to move around with ease. Completely customizable in a wide array of fabrics, make the chaise your own with either a soft linen, or high performance crypton.

• Suspension Type: Sinuous Springs - S-shaped metal springs run across the frame, providing even support.
• Seat and Back Cushion Fill: Foam & Feather/Down - A foam core provides support while a feather and down blend wraps around it to give the cushion a relaxed yet sturdy feel.

Care Information
• To maintain your piece, we recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment. We also recommend regularly fluffing and rotating your cushions. To protect the upholstery from fading, avoid placing it in direct sunlight. If spills occur, blot the area immediately with a dry, clean cloth. Reference your fabric's specific care instructions before you spot clean, and always test a product in a small, unnoticeable place. For any stubborn stains, we recommend seeking a professional cleaning service.

- To ensure complete satisfaction with your custom upholstery purchase, we strongly recommend ordering fabric swatches prior to placing your order. Please note that return claims citing fabric color, texture, or appearance issues may not be approved if swatches were not ordered beforehand.
- Ordering a swatch allows you to evaluate the fabric's true color, texture, and appearance in your own space and lighting conditions. Natural variations between dye lots are inherent to our quality fabrics, and these differences are considered part of the custom design process, not defects.
Shipping:

- Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any countries outside of the U.S. McGee & Co. is not responsible for any damaged or defective pieces that are shipped to or through a freight forwarding company. Shipping costs are calculated from the retail price BEFORE any discounts are applied.

Returns:

- Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.
- Return or exchange requests based solely on fabric appearance that could have been assessed with a swatch sample may be declined at our discretion. Your investment in a swatch sample protects both your satisfaction and your purchase.
