Return Policy  

Custom upholstery and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.  

Modifications and cancellations are permitted within 24 hours from time of order receipt. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our team as soon as possible via our contact form.

Before placing your order, please confirm its accuracy, and review the lead time displayed on the product page under the Add to Cart button. 

Occasionally, backorders can affect items within an order after it has already been placed. In this case, your order may experience potential changes to anticipated delivery dates based on manufacturer production timelines. While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, sometimes accidents happen along the way. If your item arrives damaged, simply notate it at the time of delivery on the agent's Proof of Delivery form, if applicable. Keep out of direct sunlight. Wipe clean with a damp clean cloth. Do not use any harsh chemicals. To clean Plexiglas, spray a Plexiglas cleaning product directly on a microfiber cloth and gently wipe the surface. Do not use window cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths, or strong solvents such as alcohol, ammonia, or acetone as they may damage the finish.

    Product great, ordering experience not great

    The picture, quality, etc…is good but after the 4 week wait for it to arrive, it was packaged in bubble wrap then put in the cardboard box, so the glass was completely shattered. Super dangerous to my floors and myself when I pulled it out of the box. They did replace it though and I didn’t have to send the broken one back. The replacement came securely packaged and in tact. It’s a great piece!
