General Maintenance
Regular Cleaning
Use a soft, dry upholstery brush to gently loosen and remove surface dirt. Follow up with a thorough vacuuming to remove any remaining dust. Always use the brush attachment to prevent fabric damage. For high-pile fabrics, use an upholstery brush in the direction of the pile to restore loft and maintain uniformity of appearance.
Cushion Care
Occasionally fluff cushions to restore their shape and natural loft. Fluff and smooth the inserts, periodically flipping and rotating the cushions to promote even wear and increase longevity. Avoid removing cushion casings for laundering as this may impact its overall fit and appearance once reinserted.
Damage Prevention
Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight or areas with excessive heat, as this may cause fading and damage to the fabric over time. Be mindful of liquids and sharp objects to prevent any accidental spills or tears.

Gently blot spills immediately with a dry, clean cloth. Remove any excess debris. Flush soiled area liberally with warm water then blot with a dry, clean cloth. Change towel surface frequently until spot is gone. For more stubborn stains use 2-3 drops of a mild dish washing detergent with one cup of water and gently apply to the area. Blot the spot with a clean, dry cloth. Repeat as needed. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with warm water and blot to remove any residue. Do not use cleaners containing oxidizers.
REGENCY STRIPE | BASKET WEAVE | FLAT WEAVE | OXFORD STRIPE
Brush or vacuum any loose dirt from the surface of the product. To avoid staining, spills should be removed immediately. Blot any excess liquid from the surface. Using a clean damp cloth or sponge, gently dab spot to remove remaining stain. For more stubborn stains, apply a natural soap or a mild detergent such as Dawn®, Formula 409® or OxiClean® to the cloth and gently dab (avoid excessive rubbing to avoid damage to the surface). Chlorine bleach will not affect the coloration of the solution-dyed acrylic fiber and is therefore acceptable for stubborn stain removal. We suggest a diluted solution of one part bleach to two parts water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and let air dry. Professional dry cleaning is always recommended for tough stains. Any solvent except Trichloroethylene is acceptable; must use low heat during processing to avoid damage to the fibers.

Mix 1 tsp. of an enzyme detergent such as Tide® laundry detergent or Dawn® dishwashing detergent with 16 oz. of warm water into a spray bottle and mix well. Use a soft brush to work the solution into the affected area, working from the outside of the stain inward so as not to spread the stain. Rinse your brush or sponge frequently. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove all soap residues. Blot excess moisture with a clean cloth. Repeat as needed. Allow fabric to air dry.

Professional cleaning is recommended. Most stains can be blotted or wiped away with a damp cloth. Dried stains can be removed with spot cleaning. Always test in an inconspicuous area first. Using a small amount of soap and water or a commercial dry-cleaning product, start from the outside of the stain and work your way into the middle. Once dry, brush in the direction of the pile with a toothbrush or similar soft dry brush to restore the loft and direction of the pile. Repeat the process if necessary.
Marking or bruising of the pile after sitting is normal. Most marks will recover by themselves with time and natural humidity. Bruising that does not recover can be restored by minimal steaming. Some slight bruises or marks may never fully disappear.
