While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, sometimes accidents happen along the way. If your item arrives damaged, simply notate it at the time of delivery on the agent's Proof of Delivery form, if applicable. For the price point, it’s a bit lacking in quality. The matting on the upper corners weren’t crisp at all - there were some bits of paper hanging like a DIY project. And upon closer inspection, it really just looks like a print.. not like someone drew it. The frame too looks a bit cheap even though they try to give it an antique touch.
