Items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery. While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, sometimes accidents happen along the way. If your item arrives damaged, simply notate it at the time of delivery on the agent's Proof of Delivery form, if applicable. OEKO-TEX items have been thoroughly tested for substances found to be harmful to human health. The extensive testing takes into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances. Every component of the article (every thread, button, and other accessories) has been tested and is free of these harmful chemicals.

• Material Explanation: Wool blend rugs combine wool with other synthetic materials to provide durability and great value. They are soft and luxurious underfoot and easy to clean. Some shedding is to be expected but will decrease over time.
• Construction: Hand-Tufted
• Construction Explanation: A hand-tufted rug is made on a frame with a hand-operated tool that loops (or tufts) yarn through a canvas material. Hand-tufted rugs have a solid backing and should be treated with care as tufts can loosen over time. Because they are crafted by artisans, no two hand-tufted rugs are alike.

With both floral and geometric details within its pattern, the Shayla Hand-Tufted Rug has an elevated vintage feel. Its muted natural palette allows the rug to bring cohesion to a room. With the subtle texture of its masterfully hand-tufted wool, it adds refined detail anywhere it is styled.
Due to the handmade quality of our rugs, they may vary slightly in size and/or color. Rug pattern is scaled to rug size and may vary from the images shown.
To maintain your synthetic rug, we recommend regular vacuuming to remove dirt and debris. Be sure to turn the beater bar setting off on your vacuum. If loose ends appear on the rug, you can clip them with scissors to remove. If spills occur, blot them immediately with a clean, dry cloth and use a cleaning detergent safe for these materials on any stains. For substantial spills and stains, we suggest professional cleaning only. Rugs placed in direct sunlight will fade over time, so we recommend rotating your rug periodically.
