  • To ensure complete satisfaction with your custom upholstery purchase, we strongly recommend ordering fabric swatches prior to placing your order. Please note that return claims citing fabric color, texture, or appearance issues may not be approved if swatches were not ordered beforehand.
  • Ordering a swatch allows you to evaluate the fabric's true color, texture, and appearance in your own space and lighting conditions. Natural variations between dye lots are inherent to our quality fabrics, and these differences are considered part of the custom design process, not defects.

Shipping:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any countries outside of the U.S. McGee & Co. is not responsible for any damaged or defective pieces that are shipped to or through a freight forwarding company. Shipping costs are calculated from the retail price BEFORE any discounts are applied.

Lead Times & Backordered Dates: 

  • Please note, all backorder dates are subject to change. If an item is backordered, this will also be noted on the product page and during the checkout process. 
  • Lead times vary by product and are listed on each product page above the “Add to Cart” button. 

Returns:

  • View Returns Policy.
  • Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.
  • Return or exchange requests based solely on fabric appearance that could have been assessed with a swatch sample may be declined at our discretion. Your investment in a swatch sample protects both your satisfaction and your purchase.
