- Material Explanation: Synthetic blended rugs combine performance elements with the look and feel of wool to provide extra durability and resiliency at a great value. They are soft and luxurious underfoot. Some shedding is to be expected but will decrease over time.

- Construction explanation: Woven by computer-controlled machines, power loomed rugs often feature extremely precise designs. When properly maintained, a power-loomed rug from a quality manufacturer can last up to 10 years.

Shipping costs are calculated from the retail price BEFORE any discounts are applied.

- Please note the following: All rugs and lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, except for customized lighting which is non-returnable. All vintage items, custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, swatches, and items ending in $0.99 are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.

I loved the look of the rug in the space but there is so much visible backing which is unfortunate. When I shared with customer service I was told it was within acceptable quality limits but it’s frankly unacceptable to me. Keeping to avoid paying 130 to return but under a bed rather than in a living space.

Because of the way this rug is constructed, some visibility of the backing can be a natural variation and falls within our current quality standards. That said, we completely understand that what’s considered “within standard” doesn’t always align with personal expectations, especially for a piece intended for a main living area.
