- Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.

Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery are terrible! Never called me to set up delivery like they said, found out they texted on Friday, 12/05/25, however, the text did not identify the company so I never knew they texted. Waited 10 hour on Monday, 12/08/25 for the delivery that never happened. Talked to Mubashir (Metropolitan) on 12/09/25 at approximately 0900 hours, he stated he would call back before 1200 hours with an update, negative results. Called Metropolitan again at 1235 hours to get an update, talked to Zohaib, advised me Mubashir would get back with me after his lunch, negative results, unless they take more than a two hour lunch break. McGee, you need to find another delivery company!!! My time is valuable and so much of it has been wasted!!!!!! I still do not know when my delivery is scheduled. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!

You should never have had to chase updates, sit through a 10-hour window with no delivery, or feel like your time wasn’t respected.
