- To maintain your piece, we recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment. We also recommend regularly fluffing and rotating your cushions. To protect the upholstery from fading, avoid placing it in direct sunlight. If spills occur, blot the area immediately with a dry, clean cloth. Reference your fabric's specific care instructions before you spot clean, and always test a product in a small, unnoticeable place. For any stubborn stains, we recommend seeking a professional cleaning service.

After you place your order, our artisans get to work. The entire item is handcrafted with the highest quality materials. Our custom pieces have an average production time of 10-14 weeks to get your piece just right.
Shipping Notification
Once your piece is ready to ship from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery.

Lead times for custom pieces range from 6-16 weeks. Before placing your order, please verify its accuracy and review the lead time displayed on the product page.
You will be charged at the time of checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking once it has shipped.
Occasionally, backorders can affect items within an order after it has already been placed. In this case, your order may experience potential changes to anticipated delivery dates based on manufacturer production timelines. Our team will promptly notify you of any impacted delays as soon as we become aware.
Once your custom piece is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Expect to receive your order within 2–4 weeks of your confirmation email receipt.
Your custom piece will be shipped and delivered via a delivery agent who is local to your area. Prior to delivery, you will receive a scheduling call from the delivery agent. Please refer to our Delivery Guide for detailed instructions on how to prepare for your delivery.

I am so sad to say this chair has been completely disappointing… after waiting 6 months to receive it, it has been nothing but high maintenance. If you have any children or pets or any other liquids by these chairs, prepare for them to be ruined. I’ve had these chairs for 3 weeks and they look horrible from accidental drool of my kids or a drop of water from this or that. Once touched by liquids, they are ruined!!! There goes $4500. I’m sick about it. I love McGee and Co but wish they would prepare people for this mistake with caution and warning. These were supposed to be chairs that lasted me for years to come, at this ticket price, that’s what you should get! But I am devastated and wish I could pick something else that could be usable and family friendly.
