Custom made pieces created specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases they are deemed to have a manufacturer's defect. To ensure that your selection perfectly aligns with your vision, we strongly recommend ordering a fabric swatch before placing your order.

Care
- Spot clean using a water-based shampoo or upholstery cleaner. If something spills on your furniture, use a clean, damp cloth to soak up the liquid. Never scrub the cloth and grind the stain into the fabric. When using a cleaner, test it in an inconspicuous area first. We highly recommend to consult professional cleaning service to use pure solvents. To maintain your upholstery, use the hand-held nozzle on your vacuum cleaner to gently lift dust and debris.

After you place your order, our artisans get to work. The entire item is handcrafted with the highest quality materials. Our custom pieces have an average production time of 10-14 weeks to get your piece just right.
Shipping Notification
Once your piece is ready to ship from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery.

Lead times for custom pieces range from 6-16 weeks. Before placing your order, please verify its accuracy and review the lead time displayed on the product page.
You will be charged at the time of checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking once it has shipped.
Occasionally, backorders can affect items within an order after it has already been placed. In this case, your order may experience potential changes to anticipated delivery dates based on manufacturer production timelines. Our team will promptly notify you of any impacted delays as soon as we become aware.
Once your custom piece is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Expect to receive your order within 2–4 weeks of your confirmation email receipt.
Your custom piece will be shipped and delivered via a delivery agent who is local to your area. Prior to delivery, you will receive a scheduling call from the delivery agent. Please refer to our Delivery Guide for detailed instructions on how to prepare for your delivery.
