    I was told that no returns are acceptable by the customer service supervisor

    Dear Syd and Shae,

    I have purchased many high end things from you in the past. In November I moved and changed my primary address, ordered a light that arrived perfectly to Texas. This past month I ordered a rug and added on the special pot. The order went to my previous address, where the house is empty. I tried to stop it, but no one could help me. I said that I would need to have FedX pick it up for return and was rudely told that there are no returns. So, lucky I have a friend who knows a car transport service and they will bring it to me 2 weeks later. I consider McGee's my favorite people, but this order was a mess. I have no idea why it went to the last address not the primary, and to be treated like I had not been a loyal customer. - Jane Wagner
