To protect the upholstery from fading, avoid placing it in direct sunlight. If spills occur, blot the area immediately with a dry, clean cloth. Reference your fabric's specific care instructions before you spot clean, and always test a product in a small, unnoticeable place. For any stubborn stains, we recommend seeking a professional cleaning service.

Shipping Notification
Once your piece is ready to ship from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. This varies by location and typically takes 2-4 weeks. At this point, your piece is ready for delivery and you will be contacted by our white glove partners to schedule a date for your delivery.

Lead times for custom pieces range from 6-16 weeks. Before placing your order, please verify its accuracy and review the lead time displayed on the product page.
