• Material Explanation: Wool blend rugs combine wool with other synthetic materials to provide durability and great value. They are soft and luxurious underfoot and easy to clean. Some shedding is to be expected but will decrease over time.
• Construction: Hand-tufted
• Construction Explanation: A hand-tufted rug is made on a frame with a hand-operated tool that loops (or tufts) yarn through a canvas material. Hand-tufted rugs have a solid backing and should be treated with care as tufts can loosen over time. Because they are crafted by artisans, no two hand-tufted rugs are alike.

• To maintain your synthetic rug, we recommend regular vacuuming to remove dirt and debris. Be sure to turn the beater bar setting off on your vacuum. If loose ends appear on the rug, you can clip them with scissors to remove. If spills occur, blot them immediately with a clean, dry cloth and use a cleaning detergent safe for these materials on any stains. For substantial spills and stains, we suggest professional cleaning only. Rugs placed in direct sunlight will fade over time, so we recommend rotating your rug periodically.

• Please note the following: All rugs and lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, except for customized lighting which is non-returnable. All artwork, vintage items, furniture, custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, swatches, and items ending in $0.99 are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.
