Care Information
• Wool will maintain its looks over time with regular vacuuming only. Be sure to turn the beater bar setting off on your vacuum. If loose ends appear on the rug, you can clip them with scissors to remove. If spills occur, blot them immediately with a clean, dry cloth and use a common wool cleaning detergent to remove stains. For substantial spills and stains, we suggest professional cleaning only. Rugs placed in direct sunlight will fade over time, so we recommend rotating your rug periodically.

- Please note the following: All rugs and lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, except for customized lighting which is non-returnable. All artwork, vintage items, furniture, custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, swatches, and items ending in $0.99 are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.

This is a beautiful rug with beiges and grays. Super pretty in person, and very cozy feel with the hand tufting. Thanks for the swatch. I wish more rugs had swatches available to purchase, but many of them are sold out. I would highly recommend purchasing a swatch before committing to a rug.
