Care Information
- For daily care, dust with a dry, soft cloth. If spills occur, blot immediately and wipe with a damp cloth using water only. We recommend avoiding the use of cleaners as they contain chemicals that may tarnish or damage the finish. Please be sure to use a coaster, trivet or placemat when necessary to protect the finish and keep your piece looking good as new for years to come.

Exactly what I wanted! The cushion was softer than I expected for sitting on weaved wood. I haven’t had any issues with damage or premature breaking like some of the other reviews.

The delivery took forever. The estimated delivery time (5-6 business days) they give you when you buy the item is not accurate. It took them over three weeks. I was moving, and when I told them I needed to cancel the item, they wanted to charge me the delivery fee plus a restocking fee. I had to pay extra to get this item delivered to my new address due to their delay. Be aware of the delivery timeline.
M&McGee & Co.Aug 12, 2026Hi, Beatriz! Thank you so much for providing your feedback. Three weeks is a long time to wait, and we're sorry your order took that long to reach you. Your order left our warehouse within the 5-6 business days we quote, but it sat with our carrier longer than it should have once it was in transit, and we're following up with them directly on where that time went. We take notes like yours seriously, and we'll be using it to look closely at where these delays are happening. Thanks again for sharing this with us.

I love these stools so much. The only bummer is there’s so discolouration on the canning on one stool.
M&McGee & Co.Jan 6, 2025Hi, Laura! Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Apologies for the concern here! Rest assured, due to this piece being crafted by a natural material, this is within variance of the cane.
