Ordered both the small and large woven objects this past December. The metal bases on both pieces have bubbled up and rusted and the coating is peeling off. Emailed the company regarding this and was told they have a 30 day return policy for defective merchandise. I don’t want a refund— would prefer a replacement. They weren’t defective when I received them. And they have been sitting on an end table for the last 4 months. Very poor quality and poor customer service.
