Custom upholstery and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.  

Modifications and cancellations are permitted within 24 hours from time of order receipt. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our team as soon as possible via our contact form.

Before placing your order, please confirm its accuracy, and review the lead time displayed on the product page under the Add to Cart button. 

Occasionally, backorders can affect items within an order after it has already been placed. In this case, your order may experience potential changes to anticipated delivery dates based on manufacturer production timelines.
