• Construction Explanation: A hand-woven rug is braided or woven directly on a loom, which produces a flat or low-profile rug. Hand-woven rugs are durable and long wearing. Because they don’t have a backing, flat-weave rugs are reversible which can extend their life by rotating and flipping. Hand-woven rugs are crafted by artisans, so no two rugs are alike.

• Professional cleaning recommended. Vacuum regularly. Powerful vacuum may pull threads. Do not pull loose ends. Clip loose ends with scissors to remove. Remove spills immediately. Blot with clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly to absorb liquid. Rug pad recommended.

• Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.
