Items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery. The unique lead time (shipping time frame) for each product can be easily found on its respective product page. Please note, all lead times and any backorder dates are subject to change.
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, sometimes accidents happen along the way. If your item arrives damaged, simply notate it at the time of delivery on the agent's Proof of Delivery form, if applicable. Next, reach out to our dedicated Customer Experience Team at support@mcgeeandco.com and we will promptly resolve the issue.
Custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, fabric and rug swatches, furniture, artwork, vintage items, clearance items, and gift cards are all final sale.
A handling fee will be applied to items that require special attention and protection during shipping, or that need to be shipped via freight. This fee covers the costs associated with contracting a third-party private carrier who will expertly inspect, handle, protect, and ship each freight piece, as well as additional packaging utilized to safeguard your items throughout the journey.
Items may only be delivered to the original address specified during the checkout process. OEKO-TEX Certification
OEKO-TEX items have been thoroughly tested for substances found to be harmful to human health. The extensive testing takes into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances. Every component of the article (every thread, button, and other accessories) has been tested and is free of these harmful chemicals.

• Material: Polyester, Cotton & Polyester Backing
• Material Explanation: Synthetic blended rugs combine performance elements with the look and feel of wool to provide extra durability, great value, and a soft and luxurious feel. Some shedding is to be expected but will decrease over time. A rug made with a synthetic blend contains either polyester, viscose, or nylon.
• Construction: Hand-Woven
• Construction Explanation: A handwoven rug is braided or woven directly on a loom, which produces a flat or low-profile rug. Handwoven rugs are durable and long wearing. Because they don’t have a backing, flat-weave, handwoven rugs are reversible which can extend their life by rotating and flipping. These rugs are crafted by artisans, so no two rugs are alike.

To maintain your synthetic rug, we recommend regular vacuuming to remove dirt and debris. Be sure to turn the beater bar setting off on your vacuum. If loose ends appear on the rug, you can clip them with scissors to remove. If spills occur, blot them immediately with a clean, dry cloth and use a cleaning detergent safe for these materials on any stains. For substantial spills and stains, we suggest professional cleaning only. Rugs placed in direct sunlight will fade over time, so we recommend rotating your rug periodically.

The stock photos does not represents this red true color on their website.They only show one of the stock photo that actually looks like the yellow color that is very prominent in the rug. When I originally opened the rug I immediately thought it looks like puke yellow. In person it gives off this yellow color more so than the antique brown and the navy color is very subtle.
I can't return the rug because of the shipping fee that you have to pay and also the 15% restocking fee for the rug which mean it is over $200 to pay for the return of the rug with no product to keep. Therefore would just have to keep the rug and just figure out how to make it work. This is my third work purchase from studio McGee and I'm uncertain if I want another one after this. Just disappointed.

How would I possibly know? It has been over a month and I still do NOT have the rug. Shipping is horrendous; I only hope the product is better!!!
