Intricate and textural, the Judy Rug Collection No. 2 uses a neutral palette to create a dimensional textile that is characterized by a handwoven pattern. Made from jute and cotton, this rug has elements of durability and elegance that ground nearly any space.

• Material Explanation: Jute is a sustainable, shiny, vegetable fiber that is durable and long wearing. Jute rugs are great for high-traffic areas but should not be placed outside unless under a covered area. Due to being hand-woven, slight variations are expected between each design.
• Construction: Handwoven
• Construction Explanation: A handwoven rug is braided or woven directly on a loom, which produces a flat or low-profile rug. Hand-woven rugs are durable and long wearing. Because they don’t have a backing, flat-weave rugs are reversible which can extend their life by rotating and flipping. Hand-woven rugs are crafted by artisans, so no two rugs are alike.

Care:

• Jute is not water-resistant, so do not place a jute rug in an area with high moisture. Blot the stain with a dry cloth immediately and if necessary, opt for a professional cleaning service.
• Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability.
