Items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery. The unique lead time (shipping time frame) for each product can be easily found on its respective product page. Please note, all lead times and any backorder dates are subject to change.
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, sometimes accidents happen along the way. If your item arrives damaged, simply notate it at the time of delivery on the agent's Proof of Delivery form, if applicable. Next, reach out to our dedicated Customer Experience Team at support@mcgeeandco.com and we will promptly resolve the issue.
Custom upholstery, made-to-order pieces, fabric and rug swatches, furniture, artwork, vintage items, clearance items, and gift cards are all final sale.
A handling fee will be applied to items that require special attention and protection during shipping, or that need to be shipped via freight. This fee covers the costs associated with contracting a third-party private carrier who will expertly inspect, handle, protect, and ship each freight piece, as well as additional packaging utilized to safeguard your items throughout the journey.

OEKO-TEX items have been thoroughly tested for substances found to be harmful to human health. The extensive testing takes into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances. Every component of the article (every thread, button, and other accessories) has been tested and is free of these harmful chemicals.

• Material Explanation: Wears well and feels very soft, especially when used for rugs with a thick pile. Moisture, stain and abrasion-resistant. Retains color all overtime and is easy to clean.
• Construction: Hand-Woven
• Construction Explanation: A handwoven rug is braided or woven directly on a loom, which produces a flat or low-profile rug. Handwoven rugs are durable and long wearing. Because they don’t have a backing, flat-weave, handwoven rugs are reversible which can extend their life by rotating and flipping. These rugs are crafted by artisans, so no two rugs are alike.

Its neutral beige and gray palette lends versatility, and its stripes have subtle visual interest. Finished with long, multi-colored fringe, the Callahan Rug has a playfully casual look that gives a relaxed feel to your space.
Due to the handmade quality of our rugs, they may vary slightly in size and/or color. Rug pattern is scaled to rug size and may vary from the images shown.
• Like polypropylene, polyester is fairly stain-resistant and features very low moisture absorption. Use a common wool cleaning detergent or create one with a teaspoon of neutral detergent and a teaspoon of our white vinegar combined with a quart of warm water. Absorb as much of the liquid as possible before applying the cleaning solution to the stain.
• Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability.

I bought two of these rugs for my newly designed backyard. It took a little bit for that to be completed, and when I finally rolled the rugs out in the backyard, they were pink. There are pink threads throughout. While some might like pink, the description of the rug is beige and gray. That it is not. I tried to return and get a refund because it wasn’t clearly identified on the website that it had pink threads in it, and they refused to accept that return. I spent a lot of money, and do spend a lot of money, with McGee because normally, I really appreciate the quality and the uniqueness of their items. However, I am rethinking that based on this experience. It’s a great quality rug, but again, unless you’re looking for something in pink, I would not purchase.
