    Broken in transit

    Will potentiallu update review once I receive replacement of this item. As of now, original order was damaged during transport and I received notification from the shipping/delivery company that the mirror was being sent back to vendor. Never heard from McGee and Co about the issue so I waited. Several weeks in, I chose to reach out and ask what the plan for remedying the situation would be. Response was I could get a refund or replacement. Chose a replacement and waiting on the arrival of item. Definitely not impressed with the customer service since no one ever reached out to me and there was no acknowldegement or offer to provide some kind of appeasement for the lack of contact and the inconvenience.
