- Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.

I actually loved the vase so much I’m considering buying a second for a different room. The reason for 4 stars is that it had an indent in the rim. I almost sent back but decided to keep since the stems would likely cover it but if I wanted it empty it would definitely be noticeable. Hoping that the second one won’t have the same issue
